Eu Jin is a seasoned executive who currently serves as the Head of Operations at Better Investing Academy. Eu Jin oversees the academy's operational strategy, focusing on enhancing service delivery, optimizing business processes and ensuring the scalability of operations to meet the growing demands of the investment community.

With a robust background in both the hospitality and banking sectors, Eu Jin brings a diverse range of experiences to his current position. Previously, he managed a thriving café business, where he was instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction. His leadership not only increased customer loyalty but also set the foundation for operational excellence and sustained business growth.

Transitioning to the finance industry, Eu Jin excelled in a process excellence role at an international bank. Here, he was pivotal in managing relationships with multiple stakeholders and consistently meeting key performance indicators. His strategic vision and operational acumen led to significant improvements in efficiency and service delivery across the bank.

During his time at VI College, he was leading the community department and played a vital role in organizing and hosting events that bring together fund managers, business owners, and investors, fostering an environment of learning and community engagement.
